Before applying for any membership plan, your base profile must have the following KYC (Know Your Customer) updates completed.
Certified copy of your valid ID, Passport, or Permit alongside the document number. A selfie is optional but recommended.
Update your current physical address on the portal to accurately reflect your operational or residential base.
Upload copies of relevant ICT or repair certifications (Maximum of 3 for each category) to establish your baseline skills.
Agreement to adhere to the SAMDDRA ethical guidelines and industry standards upon creation of your profile.
Follow these simple steps to create your profile, establish your individual membership space, and unlock access to designations.
Navigate to the SAMDDRA portal and select SIGN IN / REGISTER.
Provide basic details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
to establish a base profile.
*You do not need an active membership to simply hold a profile.*
Before applying, you must update your profile with your ID details, physical address, and required qualification documentation. Ensure all mandatory KYC information is submitted and verified.
Navigate to the Membership tab and select your preferred plan (Affiliate, Ordinary, or Technical). Review the plan requirements and submit your application for board review and processing.
Your application will initially reflect as PENDING. Once approved, you will be prompted to pay your annual membership fee to fully activate your membership space and unlock all benefits.
Personal memberships strictly expire on the 31st of December every year. By January, you should be fully renewed under normal circumstances.
The standard renewal time is any time within your active membership. During renewal, you must upload valid Continuous Professional Development (CPD) records. If incomplete or false, membership may be terminated.
No. You cannot downgrade your package upon renewal. For instance, Technical members cannot drop to Ordinary, and Ordinary members cannot drop to Affiliate.
If a user's membership is terminated or expires without standard renewal, and they wish to return, they must pay an application fee in addition to the standard membership cost.
