Active Individual Membership Required

You can only have a business membership if you currently hold an active Personal Membership.
Note: Only members with a Technical Membership plan can select a Technical Stream Business Membership.

Corporate Prerequisites

To register your entity on the SAMDDRA portal, the Primary Owner will need to provide standard company documentation.

Company Registration

Official CIPC registration documents (e.g. COR14.3) proving your business is legally registered to operate.

Tax Clearance

A valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN to ensure corporate compliance standards.

Directors' IDs

Certified copies of Identity Documents or Passports for all registered company directors.

Proof of Address

A utility bill or lease agreement establishing the physical location of your primary center.

Business Registration Process

Establishing your company’s presence on the SAMDDRA portal is streamlined. Follow these steps.

Create a Profile & Assume Primary Ownership

You must first have a standard user profile by clicking SIGN IN / REGISTER. The person initiating the Business Membership will become the Primary Owner. The Primary Owner is responsible for paying the application fee and the ongoing membership fee.

Once active, the Primary Owner can invite up to 4 members to be a part of their business membership.

Create a Business Membership Space

Navigate to the Membership section and select Create a Business Membership Space. Enter your entity’s trading name, select your stream (Technical or Non-Technical based on your individual status), and fill out the details.

Submit Company Documents

Upload your CIPC records, tax clearance certificate, and director IDs securely. This makes future accreditation applications much faster.

Verification & Activation

Our team will verify your corporate standing. Upon approval, the Primary Owner will settle the invoice, activating the Business Membership Space and allowing staff invitations.

Important Rules & FAQ

What happens if my Individual Membership expires?

If the personal membership of the Primary Owner expires, the Business Membership falls into a restricted state and cannot be accessed.

How do we fix an inaccessible Business Membership?

Members of the business in this state can either request the Primary Owner to renew and pick the membership space, or they can leave to create a new business membership. The Primary Owner can also simply pay to renew their individual membership to restore access.

Can anyone select a Technical Stream Business?

No. Only users who hold an active Technical Membership plan (Personal) are permitted to select either a Technical or Non-Technical stream for their Business Membership.

When does Business Membership expire?

Like Personal memberships, Business Memberships expire on the 31st of December. Renewal can be done anytime while the membership is active to prevent disruption.
